2. Description of Service

DPE Waitlist is a platform designed to connect Designated Pilot Examiners (DPEs) with checkride applicants. We provide tools for waitlist management, automated scheduling, and communication. We are not responsible for the actual conduct or outcome of any checkride.

3. User Obligations

Users must:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Use the service in compliance with all FAA regulations and professional standards.
• Not use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. DPE Verification

We verify DPE accounts against public FAA records. However, we do not guarantee the current status or performance of any DPE. Applicants are responsible for verifying the credentials of an examiner before a checkride.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DPE Waitlist or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the platform.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Colorado and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these terms at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms of Service.
