What is the cost to the applicant?
Using the platform is free for applicants. There is no cost to join waitlists, book checkrides, and communicate with examiners. We bill our low fee to the DPE for each completed checkride, reducing frictions and keeping our focus on providing a great experience for designees.
When am I charged?
We bill at the end of the month for all completed checkrides. You are only charged for checkrides that actually take place, so cancelled and rescheduled checkrides are not billed.
How does the free trial work?
We credit your account for all charges for the first year so you can try everything out. After that, if you decide not to continue, all features continue to work except that new applicants can't join the waitlist or book checkrides. No interruption to your schedule or communications with applicants, even after the trial ends.
Is there a contract?
You can stop using the service at any time. New applicants will no longer be able to join the waitlist or book checkrides, but your schedule and communication with existing applicants will not be impacted. If you choose to resume, any past unbilled completed checkrides will be billed with your first month.
